RESEARCH
My research examines the design and evaluation of interventions to reduce burnout and improve belonging in healthcare settings, with an emphasis on how culture and workflow shape well-being. I also study the implementation of digital health tools and AI in clinical care, particularly how these technologies can be integrated into practice in ways that are usable, equitable, and effective for the patient experience. In parallel, I investigate medical outcomes in individuals with complex medical conditions, aiming to better understand the interplay between biological, psychological, and systems-level factors in symptom experience and treatment response.
